During pre-assessment audit out expert’s act as an auditor rather than consultant. This will be a full audit performed at the site against specific requirements. Report which includes conformance, non-conformities, observation will be presented to the management. The report will be used by companies as a base line to understand their degree of conformance, investigate possible root cause of non-conformities and propose improvement plan.
